Food Trucks

The Steveston Salmon Festival is now recruiting Food Vendors for the 2026 festival! Applications are being accepted until Monday, May 4, 2026.

All food trucks must have a current safety inspection, City of Richmond Business License, Metro Vancouver Food Truck Inspection and local health authority requirements.

Please use the application form below. All approved applications will be notified via email when approved.

Food Truck Pricing:

Trailer/Truck: $800 plus tax

Small Cart - Mobile Bike: $300 plus tax

Tent and Cart: $1100 plus tax

Tent: $500 plus tax
